A forward-thinking client wanted contractor management plans and SWMS reviewed prior to their engagement. The plans and SWMS were then audited by our team during construction work to provide assurance to the client during the construction phase.

Devising an audit programme and delivering hundreds of audits over a three year audit assurance program was the outcome of this project. The client used the audit data to inform their HSE strategy.

Training staff in risk awareness was the ultimate objective of this training package that was tailored to meet client expectations.

A pre-project risk management workshop was conducted identifying high level issues, hazards and impacts to the project prior to commencement. Residual risk action plans were generated.

60 items of plant and machinery were systematically risk assessed, mitigation strategies identified. It was all documented using the client’s own template and risk matrix.
