Environmental lead for the preparation of an assessment (EA) under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
To facilitate the completion of the EA, the project required coordination of information between disciplines (engineering design, geotechnical investigations, environment) and to the Alliance Management Team and Alliance Leadership Team.
Coordination and chairing of a government agency workshop to identify generic and key project issues for consideration by the project and facilitation of the lessons learnt workshop at the completion of the EA component.
Developed methodology, tracked and reported against KPI’s established for Alliance team relationship and sustainability.
