Preparation of a local environmental study for redevelopment and reclassification of land near Teralba, NSW on behalf of Lake Macquarie City Council.
The study was required to address land use planning feasibility of siting sporting fields and crushing facilities on land that had previously been used to dispose of contaminant materials and is also occupied by various transitional and established sensitive ecological communities.
On completion of the draft study a workshop with Council stakeholders was facilitated by Richard and Mat to provide a briefing of outcomes to inform the LEP rezoning and subsequent development.
