In 2013 Richard was tasked with managing WSP Environmental’s ISO 9001, 14001 and AS/NZS 4801 integrated management system.
- Certification was retained every year, and included both surveillance and certification audits.
In 2015 Richard was tasked to be part of the integration between WSP and Parsons Brinckerhoff management systems. Highlights of the process included:
- Certification of the systems were retained.
- The management systems were streamlined and made more efficient.
