Design, build and operation of a 50 ML/d advanced water treatment plant at the St Marys STP for the treatment of tertiary treated effluent from Quakers Hill, Penrith and St Marys STPs, associated pipelines and pump stations.

Alliance to construct the Luggage Point Advanced Water Treatment Plant (up to 70 ML/day of treated recycled water). Secondary treated effluent, previously discharged to the Brisbane River is now transferred for further treatment. Advanced treatment and purification is achieved via chemical dosing, microfiltration, RO and UV disinfection.

A forward-thinking client wanted contractor management plans and SWMS reviewed prior to their engagement. The plans and SWMS were then audited by our team during construction work to provide assurance to the client during the construction phase.

Devising an audit programme and delivering hundreds of audits over a three year audit assurance program was the outcome of this project. The client used the audit data to inform their HSE strategy.
